Certain features of the Services use YouTube API Services to enable functionality such as publishing videos to YouTube, accessing YouTube channel data, and retrieving YouTube analytics and engagement metrics on your behalf.

When you connect your YouTube account to the Services, we may access and use data from your YouTube account as authorized by you through the YouTube/Google OAuth consent process. This data may include your YouTube channel information, video metadata, analytics data, and other information you authorize us to access.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

  • Credit balance alerts and account notifications

  • AI-generated performance insights and recommendations Message frequency varies based on your channel activity and notification preferences, typically ranging from 2-10 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving SMS messages:

Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your phone number with service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you on our behalf.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any Services.

YouTube Data Deletion and Revoking Access

If you have connected your YouTube account to the Services, you may request deletion of any YouTube data we have stored on your behalf by emailing support@popcorn.co. Upon receiving your request, we will delete all stored YouTube data associated with your account within 30 days.

In addition, you may revoke the Services' access to your YouTube/Google data at any time by visiting the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en. Once you revoke access, we will no longer be able to access your YouTube data, and any stored YouTube data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.

If you revoke access via Google's security settings, certain features of the Services that rely on your YouTube account connection may no longer function until you re-authorize access.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Do Not Track Signals

Your browser settings may also allow you to transmit a “Do Not Track” signal when you visit various websites. USER GENERATED CONTENT

SOCIAL FEATURES

Certain features of the Services permit you to initiate interactions between the Services and third-party services or platforms, such as social networks (“Social Features”). Social Features include features that allow you to login using third-party platforms or connect third-party platforms, such as Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and click and access the Company’s pages on certain third-party platforms.
